Wishing all of our American readers
a Happy Independence Day!
Since I enjoy science fiction, I also wanted to pay tribute to one of my favorite sci-fi movies, Independence Day.
While this movie focuses on how the Americans react to an alien invasion, it also shows the world coming together, no longer "consumed by our petty differences".
While there are some memorable lines while fighting the aliens...
There are also some more touching lines that don't involve fighting...
"Can there be a peace between us?"
"You see, sometimes we have to remember what we still have"
"We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore"
"Do me a favor. Tell my children I love them."
"Didn't I promise you fireworks?"
So, if you've seen Independence Day, tell me your favorite line from the movie. Mine would be "I have got to get me one of these."
Also, if you didn't get a chance to read my FREE spanking story,

Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
